Join the North East Canoe Club for their regular summer play date at Rocky Point Rapid. Come along for some paddling skills practice, some play and rolling in the rapid and a fantastic social get together on the river bank after. Drive to start to point at Bringenbrong Bridge. Car shuffle and pack boats.

Final destination to be determined by group mix. Beginner and family friendly.
Canoes and waterproofing for gear can be supplied. Suitable for seakayaks.
EVENT CANCELLED
The NECC is conducting a free “Come n Try” event at the Bright Ovens River Swimming area.
Club members will be available for instruction and coaching in paddling canoes and kayaks.
All equipment including boats, paddles and PFDs will be available. If you have your own boat, bring it along and we’ll help improve your confidence and technique if required.
